Hi, I’m Mila.
I tried it all: self help books, therapy, affirmations, challenges… no matter what I did to go beyond my blocks, I would return into the same loop. Solutions that made sense on paper didn’t resolve what I felt inside.

What changed everything was learning to listen to my body instead of overriding it. Not emotionally. Practically. Through disciplined nervous system work. Kundalini Yoga is the technology I use. Not as a belief, but as a method to train the nervous system, restore clarity, focus and listen to my body. Through consistent practice, I learned how to release chronic tension (physical and emotional) and move through life with more stability and direction, instead of self-doubt and hesitation. My approach is grounded, direct, and embodied.

I don’t promise breakthroughs without effort. I support real, sustainable change that shows up in how you think, decide, and act.

I use it beyond the belief.
It’s a precise system of breath, movement, meditations and focus that trains the nervous system to handle intensity, uncertainty, and change.
